An important facet of VIDRL's work is the provision of routine
and specialist diagnostic microbiological services to Victorian
hospitals, private pathology providers and private medical clinics
with special expertise in HIV/AIDS sexual health and travel medicine.
Central to VIDRL 's activities, the Laboratory Operating Management
unit provides VIDRL with a range of operational, financial, marketing
and HR services. The unit is fully committed to customer service.
VIDRL has a special interest in undertaking core and specialised
virological, serological microbiological and epidemiological testing
for clinical and research studies.
